HR Administrator

Cheltenham with working from home options

  • CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Previous HR
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
  • Internal and external confidence
  • Willing to travel to client meetings when required
  • Awareness of UK employment Law

The main purpose of the role will be to provide people administrative support to the Managing Director and People Advisor to enable effective people management across all levels of our clients.  To support the day to day internal operational running of HR Star, updating internal systems, maintaining documentation, and being on hand to help with our talent sourcing solution, STAR Search.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on the day-to-day administration including taking meeting notes, client updates, HR system maintenance.
  • Assisting with the administration for our STAR Search talent sourcing offering.
  • Providing administration support for our HR Star Membership portal and Members.
  • Assisting with client HR Documentation projects.
  • Assisting with the creation of documentation both internally and for our clients (policies, letters, and templates).
  • Assisting with the creation of monthly client updates / reports.
  • Creating Blogs for the HR Star website and social media platforms.

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 (doe)
