As we continue to move through a period of unprecedented growth, we are looking for a talented recruitment and staff development specialist to shape and oversee our practice. If you are inspired by the opportunity to play a pivotal role in reaching out to new people who need our services, then this could be the ideal post for you.

You will be someone who has a proven track record of knowing what it takes to attract new candidates and devising a strategy to attract high-calibrate staff to the Charity.  Further, you will quality assure their induction journey and ongoing development according to their training pathway. 

You will lead and inspire a team to support with this, including overseeing the Training Coordinator and Senior Administrator.

It’s a tough recruitment environment out there, so you’ll need to be dynamic and innovative, instinctive and opportunistic.  We like new ideas and fresh approaches - you will have both in abundance. 

Good recruitment attracts staff,  but only good management keeps them. So you will work closely with CCP service leads to create a best-in-class on boarding, induction and training and development strategy.  We are investing in new technologies to support with this and you will join at a critical time in rolling out our new Application Tracking System and training portal.
