HR Business Partner

We are a busy, fast paced HR team supporting CBH across 5 sites in Cheltenham. You will be based at Cheltenham House, Clarence Street, but regularly working from our other sites. There may only be 4 of us in the team looking after 195 colleagues but we all work together and support each other to achieve CBH’s goals. We are all HR generalists and support each other with casework but primarily the business is divided into two main service areas to help the HR Business Partners provide a more focused and bespoke service to our diverse clients. Our payroll and accounts are handled by a separate department, which we work closely with. HR can therefore be focused on employment relations, people issues and wellbeing. CBH is all about innovation and creativity and so as HR reps we are involved in a vast amount of groups and projects so there is never a dull moment! We welcome change and ideas will always be heard so if you are creative this is the place for you!
