My client, a key player within the pharmaceutical industry, are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring new ideas and processes to a developing company, as well as supporting the day-to-day objectives of the business.
Responsibilities
• Work alongside the Operational Director to manage the recruitment process
• Develop the pay and benefits reward strategy for the company
• Manage and conduct investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters and provide advice and guidance on individual ER cases
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Evaluation of all learning and development activities
Requirements
• HR generalist with experience within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to challenge current processes and bring new ideas
• A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualified
• Experience of working in complex organisations
