DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Gloucester
Do you know your Google Ads from your Analytics? Your Canva from your InDesign? Your backlinks from your Buffer? We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to help manage and deliver Leapfrog’s digital and social media offering. You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for all things digital. We anticipate this leading to a manager’s role for the right candidate.
As Digital & Social Media Specialist you will:
- lead and drive our digital strategy and development for both clients and Leapfrog
- lead and grow all digital and social media work
- lead the production of creative digital campaigns
- develop, including writing, relevant and exciting content across all platforms – social media, websites, emails
- create digital assets for our toolbox, including images, video, graphics
- measure, evaluate and analyse campaigns regularly
- make and implement recommendations to clients
- ensure Leapfrog’s digital skills and knowledge base are current and fresh
- look for new business and be part of the pitching process
Must haves:
- minimum two years’experience, ideally in an agency. Skills to include:
- Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro
- good understanding of SEO and know Instagram, Facebook (including Business Manager), LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube inside out
- good working knowledge of PPC
- strong evidence of designing, implementing and evaluating social advertising and organic campaigns using Google Ads, WordPress, PowerPoint, Mailchimp.
- bright, confident manner and a head for business, ability to communicate your passion to clients.

- curiosity and a passion for digital with your eyes on the horizon
- good photography and video editing skills.
You’ll be working with a variety of clients and no two days are the same. You’ll be a confident and creative self-starter with a passion for all things digital. You will also be able to juggle priorities and manage multiple tasks/projects.
