We are seeking a full-time member of staff to join our friendly team. We provide an “out-sourced IT department” to a wide range of clients primarily in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. You will work as part of a team based in Cheltenham providing IT support primarily remotely but you may also be required to attend clients sites from time to time. Although the position is primarily a helpdesk role there will be opportunities to become involved in larger projects delivering and installing exciting new technology based solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and good all round IT skills with a basic knowledge of networking, desktop, server, and VoIP technologies. It is expected you will have some experience working in the world of IT and a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 to a point where you can help others with problems.   

ReformIT is a Managed Service Provider primarily covering Gloucestershire and Worcestershire but we do have several clients further afield. We pride ourselves in giving excellent service and understanding our clients needs as well as being able to explain what we do and why we are doing it in words the customer can understand. We specialise in supporting small and medium sized companies and can provide virtually any solution our clients require built upon market-leading technologies and suppliers such as Microsoft (we are a Silver Partner), Lenovo, Fujitsu, HP, Cisco etc.
