Customer Support Advisor


This is a great new opportunity in a role which provides 1st line assistance for our customers, ranging from large food retailers to farmers, by facilitating effective resolution of software related issues. This may mean simply providing help and guidance or, when application issues do arise, you will resolve these within your own scope of knowledge and by using an internal Support Knowledgebase or will provide full details of the case for 2nd and 3rd line teams.

We are a great team at Muddy Boots with a passion to excel and you will be working closely with colleagues who have 2nd line / 3rd line responsibilities, sharing product knowledge and growing your skills daily in a positive team environment.
