Technical ERP Analyst (Dynamics BC / NAV)


Commercial are hiring for our Business Solutions Team! We currently have a vacancy for a Technical ERP Analyst (Dynamics NAV/BC) based at our Head Office in Cheltenham.

So what do you need to do?

As the Technical ERP Analyst (Dynamics NAV/BC) you'll be leading the ERP applications, you will act as a facilitator and ensure stakeholders can fully utilise the applications to do their jobs effectively. The Technical ERP Analyst (Dynamics NAV/BC) will be accountable for application performance and security, development, optimising configurations, coordinate training, produce documentation, and provide outstanding user support.

You will:

  • Configure, develop, train and implement Business Central On-Premise.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of the current ERP systems (Navision 2015/2018) and provide technical support for software issues.
  • Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use.
  • Interact with users to develop use cases, design specification and testing scenarios.
  • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues
  • Participate in Helpdesk review meetings with the Business Solutions/Internal IT
  • Actively participate in IT Projects

You have got…

  • Technical Hands on Experience with MS Navision and MS Dynamics / Business Central.
  • General knowledge of ERP\MRP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Order Management and Warehouse/Inventory.
  • The ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting or working with.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design and implement business processes in an ERP application platform.
  • Proven ability of ERP application support
  • Project Management skills that demonstrate your ability to build, manage and execute upon a plan – both in terms of self-management as well as working with small process improvement teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Must have excellent attention to detail

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
