Technical Service Delivery Manager

Cheltenham UK / Remote

Lateral Technology is an innovative business developing a SaaS Financial Technology platform, helping businesses collect money faster through smart workflows. Lateral works with UK local government, agencies and businesses configuring the platform to improve the visibility and collection rates of outstanding invoices in both the B2B and consumer markets. It’s fast growing and considered the market leader in the industry.

The company is entering a high growth phase and are looking for an ambitious self-starter that can operate in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve a mix of requirements capture and scoping, coordinating the offshore integration team and project delivery oversight..

The HQ is based in the centre of Cheltenham, the beautiful spa town in the Cotswolds, boasting an informal office culture - given the current restriction this will start as a WFH role but the company is open to a blended approach post covid.

The ideal candidate should be an intelligent, hard-working, team player who can manage a small dedicated team. Essential to the role will be good organisational and communicative skills coupled with experience integrating and delivering enterprise solutions.

Preferred Experience :

  • 5+ years working experience
  • Some technical knowledge of APIs
  • Project management
  • Enterprise or SaaS software background
  • Background in financial or workflow software (nice to have)

Preferred Skills :

  • Agile and waterfall project management
  • Experience with Visio and/or workflow diagrams
  • Google sheets and/or project management software
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised self-starter
