Job summary

Purpose of the Role:

As part of a small development team within our ICT service, you will be delivering digital solutions to improve the delivery of council services across the whole organisation.

About the role:

We require an additional digital developer with at least two years experience of digital & web design and development particularly using Javascript and/or C#.

In addition to a good working knowledge of delivering user centric digital solutions from concept & design through to delivery & build you must be able to demonstrate putting internal and external users at the heart of the solution design.

Knowledge of IIS, Microsoft SQL, Progress and Oracle database connectivity, ESRI mapping tools and the Microsoft .Net development platform including Web Services, API’s or XML and Python would be an advantage.  Also, “Lowcode” or “NoCode” solutions experience, particularly the Netcall Create platform, would be helpful although non-essential as training will be provided.
