Description
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Blended Learning Developer to join our Digital Learning team and play a key role in shaping its future. It’s a great time to join us as we continue to invest in technology and new software in order to enhance the service we provide to the public.

The successful candidate will combine strong instructional design capability with a flair for content creation, translating complex information into accessible, high-quality learning experiences.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, and committed to helping us build and continuously enhance our digital learning offer.

The role is based at The Sabrina Centre in Berkeley. The Sabrina Centre was opened in 2020 and offers a modern working environment with conferencing facilities, a lecture theatre and fabulous views of the River Severn.

Work/life balance is important to us so flexi-time is available. Flexi-time allows you to choose what time to begin and end work ensuring core hours are covered and that 37 hours are worked each week.

In addition to this, we offer hybrid working. You can envisage approximately 2-3 days a week at The Sabrina Centre and the rest at home. If you prefer working in an office environment, you can choose to spend more time at The Sabrina Centre.

Whilst we’d be delighted if you had some previous experience in Policing, this is not a requirement. You’ll be joining a fantastic team who will play a key role in upskilling and supporting you as you embark on your new career with the Constabulary.

The proposed interview date is 6th July

The successful candidate for this role will be vetted at level Staff RV. This means the individual will need at least 3 years worth of residency in the UK.

Please refer to the Role Profile document when completing the Statement in support of your application section of the form. In this section, you are required to provide evidence with specific examples for each of the Essential criteria included under the Experience and Qualifications section of the Role Profile. For each of the criteria, please write a paragraph detailing how your experience, qualifications, skills and abilities meet the minimum criteria for the role. Applicants who do not provide this required evidence will unfortunately not be invited to interview.
