Paralegal – Residential Property
Gloucester Business Park | Mon–Fri, 9–5 | Full-time
Salary: £26-£28k
Reports to: Associate / Solicitor
Hybrid – 2 days from home
Join my award-winning client who are a growing national leader in residential property law. We're on the lookout for driven Paralegals or legal assistants who are passionate about conveyancing and keen to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing your own caseload of sale, purchase & re-mortgage files (under supervision)
Raising/responding to enquiries, interrogating responses & updating clients
Drafting reports, managing pre-exchange & completion steps
Supporting and learning from experienced Fee Earners
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential conveyancing or property law within a legal setting
Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Law degree (2:1 preferred) or equivalent legal qualification is desirable
GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths
