The Divorce Manager Limited are a successful rapidly growing local business offering amicable and ethical divorce services to both couples and individuals who need guidance through the law in a gentle, effective and efficient way with minimal costs and stress.

Aim of the role:

The aim of this role is to support the frontline staff with back office assistance and admin support to ensure that clients receive accurate documents in a timely and efficient manner.

What type of person and skills are we looking for?

Someone who:

  • Minimum of 2 years matrimonial law admin experience
  • Ideally available immediately
  • Self-sufficient and proactive in your approach to always helping to drive the operational side of the business forward
  • Supremely confident in all divorce related court forms
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
  • Organised, good at co-ordinating and spinning plates to push cases forward
  • Accurate, focused and keen to help deliver an excellent service
  • Can do attitude to support exceptionally busy MD and other staff
  • Very IT literate with fast and accurate keyboard ability
  • Marketing experience would also be useful especially FB   

More detail on the work

  • Completion and checking of automated documents
  • Monitoring and co-ordinating cases all at various stages
  • Liaison with clients to obtain or pass on information


  • Negotiable/flexible hourly rate to fit in with other part time staff
  • Working from home at days, evenings and times to suit you as long as deadlines are met
  • Use of mobile phone and access to PC or similar required
  • Any expenses will be covered.
