Our client, a successful law firm, are looking for a Legal Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in their Leamington Spa office. With a large network across the West, this is an exciting opportunity for an eager individual with a background in residential conveyancing to move up the ladder within a large firm on a longstanding career.

Main responsibilities of a Legal Conveyancing Assistant include:

* Preparing correspondence and administration using a CMS
* Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face, delivering excellent, professional customer service
* Scanning, photocopying and audio typing of information across multiple formats
* Diary management and administrative support to the Solicitors

We are looking for someone with:

* Demonstratable experience within a residential conveyancing environment
* Strong audio typing skills, from dictation
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
* A methodical, organised approach to work
* Good communication skills

Our client offers a friendly and supportive working environment with room for growth and development, a salary in the region of £26,000, depending on experience and professional qualifications, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holiday and Christmas shut down, pension and other benefits.
