Gloucestershire Facilities Management (GFM) is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates team at Gloucestershire College. If you have expertise in any core construction or maintenance trade and enjoy a hands-on role, this is your chance to contribute directly to creating and maintaining a high-quality learning environment. You’ll take ownership of delivering building services, supporting project planning and costing, and carrying out repairs and improvements. This is a dynamic, varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Package: 27 days annual leave, increasing to 32 days after 5 years, plus an additional 3 days during Christmas closure and auto enrolment into the Peoples Pension matched contribution scheme.
