TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER C£35k – Tewkesbury / Worcester

Working for a company that has been busy and surpassed its own expectations during the turbulent times we have all experienced, can mean that new opportunities arise…. and that is exactly what has happened within this newly created role at our Clients Head Office based on the outskirts of Tewkesbury.  

The role will be to support and guide the Team with all product service issues, map out and improve processes and coach and mentor the team to be the best they can be.  This Client is extremely customer centric thus it is essential that this department works in an organised, fast pace ensuring that the customer receives the attention they require.. This could be ensuring that the team are dealing with a faulty part is replaced, an Engineer is required on site, or dealing with a warranty issue with regards to their product offering.  They do not operate within a large call centre environment, in fact quite the opposite you will be based within a small team where every day you face a new challenge or obstacle, but this is what you love as the role is definitely varied.

We are definitely needing a “hands on” Manager for this role as you will want to lead by example and really be part of the team, not just talking the talk but doing the doo too!
Previous management experience is essential for this role as is the need to have run a technical product / service department

Monday to Friday 40 hour week.  Due to the nature of this role this is an office based role.
