Aggregator Channel Manager



Responsible for owning the performance, management and strategic direction of the Aggregator digital acquisition channels across all products, to deliver new customer acquisition and growth

Key Accountabilities:

•Responsible for setting and building strategic partnerships with aggregators, including long term performance optimisation plans and new opportunities for Endsleigh
•Responsible for enhancing aggregator channel performance by developing new aggregator propositions and working with the wider Marketing/Pricing/Insurer Trading teams to deliver, then track/report on performance
•Responsible for tracking, analysing and reporting end-to-end performance across all aggregator channels and products
•Operate as the key contact point for all aggregator partners
•Develop an aggregator strategic plan that looks to strengthen our relationships and positioning, to develop new opportunities for Endsleigh
•To act as aggregator channel SME internally, providing advice and support where required for key projects and initiatives
•Support contractual reviews and commercial discussions, negotiating within the agreed cost-per-acquisition targets
•Evaluate and diagnose performance and issues, taking mitigating actions where appropriate
•Focus on optimising aggregator channel KPIs in line with business strategies


The successful candidate will show strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills in order to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience with aggregator channel management or similar is desirable.

Further skills and knowledge should include;

•Communication skills
•Commercial acumen
•Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and digital/website advances
•Google Analytics skills
•Ability to work within a compliance and regulatory environment.

Salary: Up to £60,000
