Due ongoing success and expansion - an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team of an exciting cyber security business based in Cirencester!
You will be joining an energetic and social team and be responsible for the organisation of all marketing activities across the company.
This is a Hybrid working opportunity with a forward-thinking company who have ambitious plans and intentions for growth. There may be some challenges along the way so if you're 'up for an adventure', then you just might be the person they are looking for!
In this role you will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy and support the CMO with brand and growth to achieve long and short-term company objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the Market Executive also include
- Project Management of CRM, Marketing and Social Media platforms
- Making sure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities across the company
- Sending targeted campaigns to specific individuals based on lead scoring
- Analysis of data to create a direction for the marketing output
- Establishing criteria for the qualification of leads
- Amending lead qualification following the analysis of campaign data
- Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives
- Working closely with the rest of the team on campaigns
- A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
- Reporting campaign results and explaining variances
- Management of Marketing Assistants
- Support of management of all outsourced team members
To be successful in this role you will need a university degree in Business/Marketing or 2+ years experience in a marketing role.
You will need to be a self-starter with a proven track record in delivering strategy-led, impactful campaigns using multiple channels (direct marketing, media relations, digital content, events management) that support business growth

Salary: Basic Salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Hybrid 9-5 Monday to Friday
