Nurse (Nights, RMN, LD or experienced RGN)

Redmarley

Stepping Stones Redmarley is a mental health resettlement unit just 20 minutes north of Gloucester. We support 19 individuals who require nursing care. They benefit from the clinical experience of our nursing team and the day to day expertise of our team of skilled Support Workers.

Our ethos is to promote growth and independence in all aspects of their care. Modelling a person-centred approach, our aim is to support individuals to develop the skills and confidence to thrive in the community. We have the added benefit of a therapeutic rural location with an acre of woodland gardens and country walks.

About you:

The role will entail working seven night shifts over a two week period.

You will be a great communicator, a natural leader and someone who has a genuine interest in the individuals we support. You will have a clear understanding of key legislation and regulations. This is alongside the confidence to manage the support team to maintain our legal and moral obligations both to the individuals we support and the CQC. You will be a good problem solver with an ability to think outside the box.

Newly qualified? Not a problem! You will be joining a team of experienced nurses who are able to offer guidance and mentorship and give you the opportunity to maintain continued professional development.

Salary: £37,477.44 per year
