Office Manager


Cable Intelligence are cable & connectivity specialists offering a full range of cable assemblies, connectors, networking hardware, home automation & termination equipment. Based in modern offices in Ashchurch near Tewkesbury, we are a small friendly team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join us and make their mark.

The Role

This is a busy and varied role for someone with drive and enthusiasm. A true all-rounder you will thrive on managing our busy office. You will be responsible for all day to day administration, answering and directing calls and resolving client queries. You will maintain our billing system, prepare and send invoices, monitor payments and prepare reconciliations.You will run reports for management and identify areas for improvements and cost reductions. On the procurement side you will track orders and be responsible for the lifecycle of sales and relevant paperwork. The duties are varied and there is a real opportunity for someone to make this role their own and improve the current office systems and processes.

About You

• Experience of running a busy office
• Some accounts administration experience
• Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting system
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible “can-do” attitude
• An eye for detail and accuracy

Salary: 24k pa

Hours Per Week: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (30 Minutes Lunch Break)
