Part-time Office Administrator

Toddington (near Winchcombe)

A great opportunity to join a growing family business in Toddington (near Winchcombe). We are recruiting for an administrator role to work in a small team supplying products to the construction industry.

This role will suit applicants looking for a flexible part-time role involving approximately 20-25 hours a week on at least 3 days a week.

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic person who is prepared to get involved in a wide range of administrative tasks including taking orders, raising sales invoices and credit control. The successful candidate will show initiative and be comfortable interacting with customers on the phone.

Ideally candidates will have gained some experience of working in an office environment and using Outlook and Excel.

Key Duties

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to receive feedback on quotations.
  • Order processing.
  • Managing customer records.
  • Assisting with invoicing and credit control.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Office experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Flexible and willing to work within a small team.

The position enjoys an attractive remuneration package including base salary, discretionary annual bonus and also a generous holiday entitlement.
