Payroll Administrator required

Cirencester

We are a small, friendly firm of accountants based in Cirencester with a range of SME clients. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Payroll Administrator for immediate start.

The role involves undertaking end to end weekly and monthly payroll processing and administration for a variety of clients.

This includes:

• Processing payrolls using Sage payroll
• RTI reporting to HMRC
• Pension contribution administration
• Ensuring statutory payments are correct
• Regular direct client contact
• Use of Excel, Word and Outlook

The successful candidate will:

• Have considerable experience of the entire payroll process, preferably in high volume
• Have experience of all aspects of the above job description
• Have up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
• Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Be extremely organised and able to manage own deadlines
• Be pro-active and able to work on own as well as part of a team

Experience with Office, particularly Excel, and Sage payroll software is essential.

We feel this is a full time role but can offer some flexibility with working hours. Study package can be made available.
