Job Role

Class Teacher
We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated teachers to join our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire a love of learning
•Promote good progress and outcomes for all pupils, including those with complex additional needs
•Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community
•Contribute to the design and provision of a stimulating curriculum
•Participate in the school's professional development opportunities

Requirements:
•Excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of teaching and learning
•Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Flexible, hardworking, and positive attitude

Desirable Qualities:
•Passion for making a difference in the lives of children
•Empathy and understanding of pupils with complex additional needs
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Collaborative team player with a good sense of humour
Salary: M2 - M6
