Job Purpose:
As an Intervention Teacher at Finlay Community School, you will work closely with Class Teachers and external agencies to provide high-quality intervention for pupils with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) in our Year 1 cohort. Your role is crucial in shaping bespoke intervention programmes, identifying learning gaps, and delivering engaging sessions that directly impact pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities:
•Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify pupil support needs
•Deliver high-quality intervention aligned with pupil outcomes
•Develop engaging sessions tailored to individual needs
•Keep detailed records of pupil progress and attainment
•Support school policies on Safeguarding and Health & Safety
•Undertake administrative duties as required by the Head Teacher
•Contribute to pupil progress reviews and extra-curricular activities
