Job Description:
Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing environment for young minds to flourish? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our bank of Nursery Practitioners.
Responsibilities:
* Child Care and Development: Provide high-quality care and education for children aged, ensuring their safety, well-being, and holistic development.
* Curriculum Implementation: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that stimulate children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess individual children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents or guardians.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
* Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting good hygiene practices among children.
* Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications:
* Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
* Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
