Job summary

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the successful candidate to join the lively and very busy systems team within Tenant Services.  We're passionate about what we do and are looking for someone who shares our passion, drive and determination. This is a full time contract for up to 20 months.

About the role

We would like you to bring your strong project management experience, along with your great organisational and people skills, to help us implement a new housing management system, on time and within budget.

Working with the rest of the Systems team, you will also be responsible for the day to day maintenance and management of key systems across the service, including user support, provision of management reports, system maintenance and testing.

A team player with lots of patience, and the creativity to overcome challenges, you will share our goal of providing a high-level service to our customers, with the opportunity to further develop your skills in this varied role.

Experience of working with Northgate Public Services housing management software and/or other housing management systems would be preferable, however, not essential.

About you

Together with your can do attitude, you will have a Project Management qualification with proven experience of working in a similar role, experience of systems implementation, strong numeracy skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be competent in Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience of reporting and database management systems is essential, as is excellent organisational, prioritisation, time management and attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate a resilience and ability to work under pressure, together with strong interpersonal skills.
