Project Manager


About Journey

We drive direct business for hoteliers through end-to-end guest acquisition and online
conversion. We partner with luxury hotels and resorts to increase their online revenue and
maximise profits through a unique blend of digital expertise, industry insight and custom-built

Mission of the Role

To support the Client Success Director and CS Team in managing key luxury hotel website projects
end to end, ensuring the websites are delivered on time, to budget and achieve the clients goals and


● Provide end-to-end project management
● Brief writing and task management
● Scope project requirements and suggested budgets
● Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
● Liaising and updating stakeholders (both internally and externally) on the status of projects
● Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
● Deliver projects on time and on budget ensuring quality standards are met
● Communicate with the relevant teams and ensure all members are on board with delegated
tasks and deliverables
● Highlight potential risks to CSD and act proactively to resolve issues
● Assisting the CSD with putting new processes in place to ensure we work as efficiently as
● Build and maintain client relationships
● Lead project meetings (both internal and external)
● QA all project deliverables
● Assess and evaluate project success


● Strong people skills and commercially minded.
● Great communication skills and diligence.
● Fast learner, accountable and ambitious. Keen on creating processes and systems.
● Ability to work under own initiative in a fast paced environment.
● Strong listening and problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
● Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams.
● Good level of motivation, determination and commitment.

Experience & Qualifications

● 3+yrs project management experience.
● IT (ideally Mac) - savvy
● Good knowledge of how websites are designed and built
● Knowledge or experience of hotels, marketing or technology a great advantage.

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours Per Week: 37.5 flexible working hours, work from home Fridays - currently WFH full time
