This role:

This is a new position carrying responsibility within an exciting new structure that will give you the chance to grow with us. Our business and the local housing market are both flourishing and that means real career opportunities for the right candidate. We will be happy to send a full job specification to serious applicants but in a nutshell you will manage a portfolio of letting properties and be the friendly positive point of contact and the chief problem solver for your landlords and their tenants. You will manage each tenancy through from start to finish; from the first viewing and applications; to referencing, inspections, maintenance and finally checkouts and deposit returns.

You:

We ideally want you to have experience in property lettings, to have a track record in organised and effective administration and to have the skills and approach to offer exceptional customer service to every client every time. Oh and also if you have knowledge of Jupix software that would be fantastic!

Location:

You will be based at our Bishops Cleeve Head Office as well as regularly visiting letting properties so a full clean UK driving licence and your own transport will be needed.

Details:

  • Full-time: 8.45am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri + one Saturday in four (9am to 1pm)
  • Salary £16,500 - £22,000 (depending on experience) + benefits +annual bonus
  • Start date Jan 2020
