a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team and no, we aren’t necessarily looking for previous
experience or ‘hit the ground running’ as at Evodia, we do things differently. We are looking to
develop your potential, help you achieve recognised qualifications within the recruitment industry
and bring out your natural talent as a Recruiter. In exchange you will be well rewarded financially

have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest defence projects in the UK, finding the right
people to help keep us all safe.
Job role
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their
work culture and environment
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts for all media;
• Undertaking searches of candidate databases (Evodia’s and third party) to find the right
person meeting the client requirements
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, pay and benefits of the job
• Preparing suitable applicant CVs and correspondence to forward to clients
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Maintaining good standards by conforming to Evodia’s Quality Management System, policies
and procedures.
• Negotiating pay and rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
Experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship building ability
• Able to multi-task within a demanding environment
• Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn
in-house systems required to undertake the role.
• Time Management skills - you must have good organisational skills and a high level of
accuracy and attention to detail
• An independent decision maker
• Polite and courteous manner
• Honesty and discretion
• Self-motivated, but equally happy to work as part of a team
• Positive approach to problem-solving
