Pastoral and Safeguarding Lead


Required as soon as possible

Widden Primary are seeking an outstanding practitioner to join our team as Pastoral and Safeguarding Lead. The successful candidate will have:

  • Up to date experience / knowledge of all safeguarding requirements in a school setting
  • Experience of working with or for a wide range of agencies
  • Ability to lead whole staff and small teams regarding safeguarding, in particular line managing the attendance team
  • Be a champion for the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders within the Widden family
  • The ability to lead / develop family learning / engagement within and beyond the school
  • Be committed to promoting positive role models within the diverse cultural setting / community that is Widden.
