E-Commerce Sales & Operations Operative

Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

ViewClickBuy – We are a rapidly growing B2C multichannel online business that specialises in Domestic Appliances, selling items on all major retail platforms in the UK and are looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Operative to join our team.

Joining our dedicated eCommerce team, you will assist the team in planning shipments, processing orders, and working with our delivery partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.

Job Description

Our small, but quickly growing ecommerce team are dedicated to delivering the success of our B2C online operations. We are looking for an energetic, quick learning and passionate individual to share our vision and help the company grow becoming a crucial member of the team, having exposure to all aspects of ecommerce.

Position Details and Roles

• Supporting the ecommerce manager with movements of stock to external fulfilment centres.
• Ensuring that online orders are processed and dispatched on time.
• Utilising our Multi-Channel system to automate the dispatch process.
• Assisting our warehouse team in preparing and labelling customer shipments.
• Resolving any delivery related customer queries.
• Assisting our customer service team when required by answering messaged and phone calls.
• Maintaining daily duties to including stock levels

Experience / Skills
Desired

• Ecommerce marketplace experience with ebay and amazon.
• Good understanding of ecommerce.

Essential

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
