Family Support & Activity Worker

Hybrid/flexible working which includes working from home and from our Hub in Dursley.

Attending meetings at schools in and around Gloucestershire to support families with advocacy

Staff Day in Cam, GL11, once a month

Supporting with activities at our Hub at the Vibe in Dursley

16-20 hours per week with overtime available.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring an empathetic approach, with the ability to stay calm and rational in highly emotive circumstances
• Knowledge of SEN processes and basic knowledge of an EHCP
• Full driving licence with own transport
• Ability to work through school holidays
