Telemarketing Executive

Flexible – home working

Contract type:  Permanent

Working hours:
Hours are flexible, 15-20 hours per week would be ideal, with the option to fit around school hours where applicable. Potential to increase hours in the future also

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join the worlds number one business coaching team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but dynamic team. Together, we will work with local business owners to grow and improve their businesses – which in turn will improve the lives of the owners, their families, employees and community as a whole.


Your day to day responsibilities?
• Making appointments over the telephone: 90% of the role requires this, along with database management.
• Representing the company by telephone or written communications and occasionally in person
• Your main goal will be to generate appointments and seminar attendees through sales and marketing activities.
• You will drive the sales and will be expected to follow-up communications with prospects and clients when necessary
• Keeping accurate records of KPIs and maintaining the client database

• Able to confidently interact on the phone and maintain momentum in a phone based role
• Engaging conversationalist and great at building rapport
• The ability, confidence and attitude to get things done quickly and with your own initiative
• A genuine interest in business and an enthusiasm for learning
• Pro-active and a supportive team-player who is keen to muck in and make sure everyone wins
• Genuine, honest and open to learning as you go along
• Knowledge of the sales process and can apply the art of selling
• Loves Outbound Calling to Prospects

• Basic pay of FTE £20,000 to £25,000p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time)
• Monthly Performance Related Bonus, with no caps, the better we do, the more you earn.
• Annual Team Performance Related Bonus for reaching company’s annual goal
