Chase Associates have been supporting businesses throughout Gloucestershire and the South West since 1994. We've seen a steadily increasing demand in our services over the past 18 months and are now looking for a new member to join our team to continue the company's growth.
As one of our Recruitment Consultants you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for developing new business, building on existing relationships and providing an exceptional service to our clients.
The role will include:
- Telesales and Client meetings to identify new recruitment opportunities
- Development of business within an existing client base
- The Recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff to businesses
- throughout the County
- Running advertising campaigns, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Associated administration
- Hours of work are 8am – 5pm Monday through to Friday
You will need: -
- A proven track record of developing new business within a telesales or field sales
- environment
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- High standards in customer service and a commitment to deliver these
- Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed
- A full driving license and your own car
In return we will offer: -
- Basic £22,000 - £25,000pa (OTE £25 - £30k)
- 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 years’ service

- Whilst previous experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage it is not essential
