Due to continued growth, Randall & Payne have an opening for an experienced Accountant to join our vibrant and forward thinking accounts team. The position would suit a qualified accountant (AAT or other) with some post qualification experience or someone who is qualified by experience able to demonstrate relevant knowledge from working in a firm of accountants.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the managers and directors in providing high quality accountancy and advisory services to clients.

This will include;

• Preparing year-end accounts and business tax from a range of computer packages, spreadsheets or manual records
• Preparing working papers to support the figures in accounts
• Undertake initial reviews on accounts preparation and oversee the clearance of review points.
• Direct communication with clients

Due to expected continued growth, a clear path for future progression is likely.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced mainly in the areas of reviewing accounts and supporting senior staff members whilst having the ability to supervise and support junior staff members.
