Digital Marketing Executive

Home based

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a full time or part-time, permanent position to join a dynamic, aspirational and rapidly growing award-winning Gloucestershire business. Hawkins & Brimble is a manufacturer of premium Men’s Skincare and Grooming products which are stocked in Boots, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Superdrug and Wholefoods. Also in 20 countries worldwide.

Main Function and Scope

Reporting to the CEO, the Digital Marketing Executive will take a lead in developing and implementing Hawkins & Brimble marketing and business development strategies.


  • Create content and original assets i.e. motion graphics, videos, images, gifs, blogs, vlogs and testimonials for use on website, social media platforms, other digital channels and additional internal & external media.
  • Ensure content reflects the style and tone of voice of the brand.
  • Write and schedule the posting of content – on brand and in line with company objectives.
  • Drive Company awareness, following, reach and engagement on key social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Boost posts and create/place adverts.
  • Identify affiliate marketing opportunities and promote & develop key influencer relationships.
  • Ensure any created content is optimised re: SEO meta descriptions, tags, related posts.
  • Analyse, report, track and measure all activity with performance metrics and benchmarks using Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram Insights and Twitter Analytics.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends on social media.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activity
  • Support Trade Customers with marketing assets and social

Essential Requirements

  • Tangible experience within the marketing team of a similar style organisation
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills understanding different styles for delivering focused marketing content
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem solving attitude
  • Confident, professional and personable manner
  • Full understanding of and experience with all social media channels
