Trainee Insurance Advisor - AH

My client is looking for Insurance Advisors to join their busy and successful team. There is no experience necessary as they will provide you with full training! They offer a basic annual salary of £21,255, plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn up to £27,255 per year!
With an April start date, you’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. They are committed to providing you with the best support, ensuring you step into your new role with confidence. But it doesn’t end there – they will continue to develop you by investing in your career growth, with opportunity of progressing and gaining qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email.
Thrive in a busy environment, managing high call volumes in a dynamic contact centre.
Be target driven, to meet and exceed targets.
Work collaboratively, to help and support each other whilst having a lot of fun!
Experience required:
Previous customer service experience, this could be from retail or hospitality.
Team player, comfortable working in a close knit and supportive team.
Ambitious and driven to succeed.
Willingness to learn.
