This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to join our fantastic staff team and work with our enthusiastic and respectful learners.

Grangefield School is a highly successful two-form entry school situated in the village of Bishops Cleeve on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to be a Phase Leader. We are looking for a versatile individual who would be confident to be a Phase Leader in either Key Stage One or Key Stage Two, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a full-time role, which would be class based for 4 days per week. This position would suit an experienced middle leader or aspiring senior leader, with the skills and successful experience of team leadership and whole-school responsibility.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Excellent knowledge of effective teaching methods and assessment techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• A genuine passion for education and a dedication to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Are able to inspire and motivate others
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative where necessary to secure the development of the school and the raising of standards as appropriate
• Possess high expectations and have the determination to raise the achievement of pupils
• Are a proven role model to staff and children, supporting an inclusive school culture
• Have experience at leading and managing a staff team.
