Residential Conveyancer

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading legal company in their search for at Residential Conveyancer to grow and support their fantastic team.

DAY TO DAY:
• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
• Processing cases in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
• To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision 


WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Have experience of managing your own caseload
• Be organised and process-driven.
• Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
• Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
• Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
• Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors and introducers.

Salary – £30,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
