Customer Service Advisor

£24,100 rising to £25,600
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – ALL TRAINING PROVIDED
Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
- Manage challenging calls professionally and calmly.
- Confidently directing customers to the relevant departments.
- Help resolve any confusion or questions regarding their policies or claims.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience – hospitality or retail welcomed.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Eager to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Passion for providing a service.
- Team player.
