About the Role: As a Customer Account Manager you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, responsible for understanding client requirements and coordinating the delivery of top-notch solutions. Your role will involve driving client satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring timely, within-budget project completion.


Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts by proposing additional services tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:
• Proven track record in account management, experience within the print or similar industry would be an advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
