Must have’s

  • Experience within sales support, account management or a customer-facing role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset

Nice to have’s

  • Interest or experience within events, exhibitions or audio-visual environments
  • Experience supporting live events or working on-site
  • Familiarity with quoting systems or sales administration processes
  • Exposure to forecasting, pipelines or budgeting

So, what will you be doing?

  • Acting as a key point of contact for client and exhibitor enquiries
  • Managing incoming orders, quotes and project updates with accuracy and pace
  • Supporting Account Managers across live and upcoming event projects
  • Coordinating exhibitor requirements and ensuring seamless delivery to operations
  • Monitoring deadlines and supporting event timelines
  • Identifying new business opportunities through exhibitor engagement
  • Supporting pipeline management and reporting
  • Working closely with sales, technical and operations teams
  • Attending events and providing on-site support when required
