Customer Account Manager

Our well-established manufacturing client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a business with big growth plans!
The main purpose of this role will be to support and grow customer relationships through proactive communication, coordination, and a consistent focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
-Develop a clear understanding of customer commercial and delivery expectations
-Proactively manage customer communications, quotations, order status, and delivery updates
-Identify account growth opportunities through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling
-Work closely with internal teams to prepare and manage quotations and proposals
-Manage customer orders from quotation through to delivery and aftersales support
-Support the resolution of customer queries and concerns in line with procedures, ensuring timely feedback and closure
-Maintain accurate records and produce regular account performance, revenue, and service KPI reports

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits package including free parking
