Customer Account Manager
Toddington
Excellent permanent, full time opportunity to join a long-established close knit team, for a growing distribution business in Toddington (easily commutable from Cheltenham/ Evesham/ Tewkesbury/ Bishops Cleeve).
Despite being a team of less than 20, the company has a multi-million-pound turnover, continues to grow year on year and has an outstanding long-standing reputation with its customers and suppliers built on the strength of the service they provide. Even the directors still deal directly with customers.
This is not a stuffy, overly corporate environment where you’re expected to hide your personality. The team is friendly, down to earth and has a great sense of humour. You’ll be treated as an individual rather than a number, with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Your ideas will be heard, your contribution will be visible, and you’ll become a key part of the day-to-day operation.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved beyond your desk, including customer and supplier meetings, trade events and seeing the full lifecycle of the products the business distributes. It’s a varied role where you’ll really get to know the business, its customers and suppliers.
Reporting to the Sales Director and Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring orders are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently.
