Debt Resolution Agent

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

MUST HAVE'S

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills; full training on in-house systems provided
   

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Experience in accounting or credit control (preferred)
• Previous experience working in regulated environments

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to resolve payment issues
• Building relationships to facilitate quick notification of payments made directly
• Negotiating payment plans within strict compliance frameworks
• Completing administrative tasks related to debt resolution
• Supporting ad hoc duties as required to meet team goals
