SEN Teaching Assistant – Supply
Thrive Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a specialist education setting located in Evesham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are looking for flexible, rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needsSupport pupils’ academic, emotional, and social developmentAssist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom managementHelp create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentImplement individual support strategies and behaviour plans
Candidate Requirements:Previous experience working with SEN (school or care setting preferred)A patient, caring, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility and reliability for supply workA passion for supporting children and young people
