Lecturer in AAT Accountacny

Gloucestershire College is looking for an Accountancy Lecturer to join our AAT team, teaching Level 3 and Level 4 courses to adult learners both on campus and online. We offer flexible working options, including full-time or evening hours, with opportunities to work from home.

About this Role
You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet curriculum requirements and support learners to achieve their goals. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment, you will motivate learners, encourage independence and address individual learning needs. Working closely with colleagues, you will help learners overcome barriers and develop key skills, including literacy and numeracy. You will continually reflect on your practice, using feedback to enhance the learning experience.
