KC Group are working with a growing and highly reputable professional services firm, supporting them in the recruitment of an Management Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in finance within an international environment, offering exposure to a wide range of accounting, payroll, and client-facing responsibilities. The Role Working closely with senior team members, you will support the delivery of outsourced finance functions to a portfolio of international clients. Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and employee expense claims
  • Supporting payroll activities and ensuring completeness of overseas deliverables
  • Managing client funds and preparing payment runs
  • Assisting with management accounts, including dual-currency reporting
  • Supporting VAT and indirect tax processes
  • Assisting with international HR administration
  • Setting up bookkeeping systems (e.g. Xero) and banking beneficiaries
  • Supporting the Compliance team with year-end and statutory queries
  • Attending client calls, taking notes, and following up on actions
  • Liaising with internal teams and international offices
  • Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Handling ad hoc administrative duties and contributing to team support
About You
  • Prior experience in an Accounts Assistant role with a strong desire to study towards an accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / AAT)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships
  • Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and accounting systems (e.g. Xero, NetSuite)
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and learn

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 Annual +

Hours Per Week: Full Time
