We are a rapidly expanding professional services firm specialising in providing outsourced legal cashiering, management accounts, and finance director services for law firms across the UK.

As a key member of our legal cashiering team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success while working both independently and collaboratively. You will also support junior staff and manage client accounts with precision and care.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal cashiering role or have a similar financial background.
• Desired qualifications include ILFM, CIMA Cert, BA, or MAAT.
• Proficiency with legal software and strong IT skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
• Knowledge of Solicitor Accounts Rules.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile account transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitor Accounts Rules.
• Take responsibility for the clients you manage, ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee and support junior staff, including providing holiday cover.
• Work across multiple clients and legal software platforms.
• Perform general housekeeping and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise.
