Patient Advisor - 2 Roles - Part Time
Abbeydale, Gloucester
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Patient Advisers (formerly called receptionists) with excellent communication and teamwork skills to join our friendly, dedicated and busy team.
There are two positions available:
Position A
Tuesday 8.30am - 6.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Wednesday 5.00pm- 8.15pm
Thursday 1.00pm- 6.45pm
Contracted hours: 17.5 hours per week
Position B
Monday 8.30am- 6.00pm
Wednesday 2.15pm- 8.15pm
Friday 1.00pm-6.00pm
Contracted hours: 19.5 hours per week
Extra hours, as and when required, to cover sickness and holiday of other members of the patient services team will also be available. Please indicate on your application which position/s you are applying for.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role along with basic computer knowledge is essential.
We are a large GP Practice, in Abbeydale, Gloucester.
